Happy Easter

I want to start by saying Happy Easter to Grandpa Jack & Grandpa Harry, who are now celebrating this holiday with Jesus himself, which has to be pretty incredible. Our girls had a fantastic Easter filling our hearts with joy in the sadness that has surrounded us in the past weeks. Lyla is healthy, doing better than she has since January, so that in itself was a HUGE blessing for this weekend. Kate had two Easter egg hunts, one that Mimi & Grand Dad did at their house, and a 2nd at the neighbors where she was only hunting for pink eggs. Thank goodness pink was her color considering she would not be able to pass up a pink anything. There was an Easter Parade with hats, a decorated golf cart, some seriously excited children; it was quite a celebration.

Below is the Reith family who hosted the Easter egg hunt by color, and had amazing Easter hats for the parade.

Lyla is wearing my first Easter dress that my mom made when I was a baby. Still precious. :)

Couldn't resist posting these dance moves. :)

Ready, set, go...Easter Egg Hunt #1 begins!

The Easter week began with Dylan & Kate decorating eggs, and they were quite serious about this project!
