March Madness

We had a family trip to the Zoo while Mickey enjoyed a few days off from work. Beautiful weather, and both girls are at an excellent age to enjoy the zoo. Lyla did lots of "duck, duck" and "owl" talking...she LOVED the animals!













Scott Hayes came to visit, and brought the girls the biggest NYC cookies from the "Milk Bar". He brings cool New York gifts, and these cookies were a HUGE hit.

Mickey painted this drawing lap board for Kate's friend Emme. I thought it was so well done it had to be shared on here! :)

March has been busy, and awesome. Our rental house is under contract...woohoo! Almost there. Lyla was seen by the pulmonary specialist and is on her road to hopefully a healthier spring! Kate learned how to ride her bike! Mickey was given a promotion at work. I think we are headed to a great Summer ahead, and so far considering March weather was beautiful all month, we know there is a lot to look forward to.
