What a fun weekend! The zoo came to Raleigh in the form of lots of little kids playing in our "field of dreams" as Mickey calls it, and it turned out to be a great success.

Beach Weekend

What a great weekend! Kate absolutely LOVES the beach thanks to the endless supply of sand, water & people willing to refill her bucket of water on command. :)

She has discovered the love for ice cream

Mimi gave Kate her 1st ice cream cone, and it was even in a pink cone! She now says "i cream" often, I think it's in her blood to love this special treat!

Do you think Kate is almost two?

This very independent little girl is allowing Mommy & Daddy to read less and less because "Kate do it"...she can do it all on her own. Here is a video of our trip to the book store last week on a rainy day.
